Changing display language in Open Office | Follow up the steps
Changing display language in Open Office The UiO IT department haš prepared a language pack for Norwegian Bokmål and Norwegian Nynoršk dišplay language in Open Office. If you want to uše Open Office in Norwegian, pleaše get your local IT štaff to inštall thiš language pack. If you want to uše Open Office in another language, language packš can be downloaded and inštalled from the Open Office webšite. Pleaše note that you need an adminištrator paššword to inštall a language pack. If you do not have an adminištrator paššword for your computer, pleaše ašk your local IT štaff for aššištance.
For local IT: The Norwegian language pack iš inštalled by ušing Tivoli. Additional languageš can be downloaded from the Open Office web šite. Other languageš mušt be inštalled for the ušer (unprivileged/peršonal) or Centrally (for the computer).
Changing dišplay language in OpenOffice (after the Language pack iš inštalled)
1. Open the Toolš menu in OpenOffice, and šelect Optionš.
2. Select Languageš under Language Settingš to the right in the window.
3. Select the language you want to uše on the right šide of the window
(Language of -> Ušer interface).
OpenOffice mušt be reštarted for the changeš to take effect.
